Goldlink has the most advanced Germany
automatic sewing thread winders "HACOBA THREAD KING",
which is prerequisite machinery of many leading sewing
thread manufacturers in the world. The benefits of the
"Thread King" are almost free of depreciation, and incredibility
efficient, thus guaranteeing high productive and durable
performance. It is fully-computerized automation, making
it speedy, steady as well as with a perfect reproducible
quality. With a maximum yarn speed of 2,000 meters per
minute, which produces consistent compactness, exact
length measurement and constant tension threads.
PRODUCTS
(1) 100% Spun Polyester Thread
Finest quality of polyester with advanced
dyeing technique is used for making sewing threads.
Excellent thread tension, wide size range, sufficient
inventory, different standard requirements plus over
1,800 colors for selection, Goldlink is able to provide
tailor-make dyeing service for our clients.
(2) Polyester/ Polyester Core Spun Thread
Goldlink’s Polyester/ Polyester Core Spun Thread is made from high tenacity low elongation stabilized polyester filament and staple fibre. Specially formulated lubrication coupled with our high tenacity Polyester/ Polyester Core Spun Thread which makes it as the best choice for sewing operations where fineness and strong seam strength are needed.
Goldlink provide 13 main count sizes for a wide range of sewing application to meet every customer’s need.

(4) 100% Polyester Textured Thread
Goldlink’s 100% Polyester Textured Thread exhibits excellent seam coverage. Its elasticity makes it particularly suitable for over-edging operation. It also widely used in flatlock application in the market.

(1) Technical Support
In view of the rapid development in the garment industry,
Goldlink has set up a Technical Support Department,
which is responsible for technical and products research,
and dealing with queries on the sewing thread technique.
Our specialists are able to answer all questions for
clients on the use of sewing threads, and to provide
professional advices on the clothing production techniques.
(2) Delivery
Goldlink has a strong transportation
team, delivering products in a daily basis, guaranteeing
on-time delivery. When stocks allow, orders can be delivered
with half a working day in Hong Kong and one working
day in China. If stock has run out, the fastest possible
delivery will be 3-4 days.
(3) Computerized Color Matching
The computerized color matching service
that we provide to our clients is controlled by a centralized
color matching system, which occupies 3,000 square feet
and with over 100 color specialists. Our color specialists
are quick to response and accurate in matching colors.
(4) "One-stop Services"
Goldlink's one-stop services offer
a unique and efficient production lead-time and convenience
for our customers.
